At Honsbridge Academy, the deliverables of our O Level/IGCSE tuition class includes
1) teaching you what is required of the subject syllabus
2) discussing popular O Level/IGCSE questions by applying your knowledge
3) performance review of your subject knowledge e.g. tests and identifying your area of weakness. This is also to check if you are getting the grades that you are aiming for!

13-18 Week Intensive IGCSE Success/O Level Tuition (June 11 Exam)
Intake: 5 Jan 2010 (June 2011 exam)
Subjects available: Chemistry and Maths
As time is the essence to all students, we offer an express course to prepare able students for their IGCSE/O level exam in half a year. Students will work in small classes or one to one tuition. The students are expected to work hard and a high level of committment is required. Most of the students who are on this tuition programme normally joins us to repeat their exams, or students who are in Year 11. This programme will help students to revise the syllabus and to work on popular Cambridge questions. The teacher will identify the individual student’s revision needs and provide guidance. The teacher will share important examination techniques and common errors made in the examinations. The students are geared to answer exam questions and help them score the results that they truly deserve.
8 Week Intensive Revision IGCSE/O Level Success Tuition (June 2011 Exams)
Intake: 09 Mar 2011 ( June 2011 exam)
Subjects available: Chemistry and Maths
Student will work in small classes or one to one tuition with their academic teacher. The tuition is structured so that the student will work through the past year questions. The teacher will identify the individual student’s revision needs and provide guidance. The teacher will share important examination techniques and common errors made in the examinations. The intensive revision tuition is focussed to develop the students to score well for their examination.
Year 10 IGCSE/O Level Success Tuition (June 2012 exam)
Intake: 5 Jan 2011
Subjects available: English, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Physical Science, History and Geography
Some students come from local schools after their PMR. These Form 4/Year 10 students need time to develop their language and academic skills, as such the tuition is designed to extend over 1 1/2 year to prepare them for their IGCSE/O level examination.
The pace of the IGCSE/O level tuition is rapid in order to cover the whole syllabus as well as revision. The students receive strong individual support because their teachers will build a rapport with them.
One Year Fast Track IGCSE/O Level Success Tuition (Nov 2011 exam)
Intake: 5 Jan 2011
Subjects available: English, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Physical Science, Add Math, Business Studies, History
We offer an accelerated tuition designed for students who are at Form 5/Year 11 or have done a year or the equivalent of a Cambridge IGCSE/O level course. The tuition also suits students who want to resit a number of subjects, perhaps in combination with some new subjects, which can be completed in less than a year. The accelerated tuition normally takes 1 year. The tuition covers the syllabus and how best to answer and score in the examination.
O Level/IGCSE Enrichment Tuition
Intake: All year round
Subjects available: Maths, Chemistry, Physics
This tuition suits students whose times available are in the evening i.e. between 7pm and 9pm.
We lay special emphasis on making Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics topics that are found most difficult easy to understand for our students. The tuition is aimed at covering the syllabus of these subjects and involves discussion of popular past year questions. The tuition starts with teaching the key concepts in each topic, discussion of popular Cambridge exam questions and solutions. The students will also learn how to avoid making common mistakes and therefore get the grades that they truly deserve. In addition, the student may also benefit from one to one discussion with the teacher regarding their school homework.

On a last note, if you are sitting for your IGCSE/O Level in June or Dec, you can consider applying for Pre-University courses in Jul or Jan respectively. At Honsbridge Academy, we provide free counselling for higher education placements in both local private and overseas instituitions.
