HONSBRIDGE’S GOT TALENT!

Just because Honsbridge produce the best and brightest kids, doesn’t mean the school is lacking great talent!

This 28th April 2017, Honsbridge is putting a spotlight on the Honnets by hosting her own Talent Show.
Honnets from all over Honsbridge showcase their talents in music, performance, comedy, indie, comedy and wushu.
The judges who presided over these talents are Mr Dom, Mr Bakhtiar, Mrs Pat, Mr Leong and Ms Izyani.

The Honnets have been practicing for weeks, most of their time teaming up with their fellow Honnets, to prepare for their auditions. Their collaboration together proved that teamwork makes talent work.

In their auditions, the Honnets uses a variety of instruments such as keyboards, violins, ukuleles, and guitars to play a variety of modern hits by singers such as Selena Gomez and classics such as Fools Rush In. They also act out some famous scenes from various movies such as Titanic. These and many other showcases by our multi-talented Honnets.

Some failed, some didn’t work out, so a message to who didn’t make it: Don’t give up. Never be afraid of making mistakes. The Honsbridge Talent scene is only a small step in achieving your dreams.
Those who do made it, don’t stop. Keep practicing and do better. Never rest on your laurels yet as many more challenges await you. The same is true for your future exams here both here at Honsbridge and in colleges.

Dear Students, Here is wishing all the challengers out there the very best for your upcoming exams. Burning the midnight oil is not necessary the way forward, but chances are you will be mugging at whatever odd times that best suit you. I remember when i used to prepare for exams wherever i was, night time was always the best time for me to study as it was cool and quite. With no distraction whatsover, i had soft music on and had a few aroma candles burnt, i would work out all the sums and essays as time ticked by.
